Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

  • All returns must be unopened, undamaged, and the contents remained in unused condition. If the outer tamper-proof seal has been damaged or removed in any way, the return will not be accepted.   
  • All returns must be received in their original packaging, or the return will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be returned within 15 days of receiving from date of delivery confirmed for a full refund.  

Return Process & Responsibilities: 

    • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide their own return label. 
    • E. EXCEL does not provide prepaid return labels, including orders that qualified for free shipping. 

Return Conditions & Fees:

    • Returns sent back as “refused” upon delivery will incur a 10% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
    • Packages returned due to “unable to deliver” or “no forwarding address” (as indicated by the courier) will also incur a 10% restocking fee.

states and Washington DC

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping costs based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
